There are ingredients and kinds of everyday foods that we rarely realize its worth. Hot sauce, onion, cinnamon, and walnuts are in fact can be powerful weapons for us to destroy fat.

Hot sauce

Says who healthy food should not be tasty? Food with full of flavor can be healthy. Try to add a spicy flavor in our daily food. It can be guaranteed that fat will be burnt easier. This is the conclusion that drawn from a research in Australia on 36 volunteer men and women. According to researchers, chili contains kapkaisin which can increase insulin levels in the body so the body’s ability to burn fat will be increased by 32 percent.

Onion

This is good news for those the onion fans. Information from the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition says onions contain phytochemicals to shed a lot of fatty deposits in the body. Onions are also powerful to kill virus and exterminate the fungus. Other spices that contain phytochemicals are garlic.

Cinnamon
Use cinnamon as a substitute for sugar, it would make our body weight down 2-3 pounds in a year without any effort. It is all because cinnamon contains no calories. Just compare it to sugar; one teaspoon of sugar contains 16 calories while cinnamon is zero calories. Another benefit from the use of cinnamon, it makes our liver healthier. For the reason that cinnamon can increase estrogen levels which function to prevent damage to the liver, maintaining a balance mood, lower cholesterol levels as much as 18 percent, and triglycerides as much as 30 percent.

Walnuts
Instead of snacking on a bag of potato chips which is filled with sodium, you better snacked on walnuts. Walnuts are rich in Omega-3 fatty acids and fiber that can make you full much longer. It also can maintain healthy body cells. Scientists from Australia found that volunteers who ate walnuts every day decreased 8-10 body weight faster than volunteers who did not consume walnuts.

Tips To Overcome Stuffy Nose

Dried mucus. Nasal congestion is the early symptoms of influenza or flu. Baby’s nose usually contains a lot of mucus in moments like this. But since the air that comes out in through the nose, runny nose became dry in the nose. This closes the airways and the baby’s nose. That’s when a baby is difficult to breathe because of nasal congestion. What can you do?! Helps baby snot out of baby’s nose so he can breathe with relief. You will know how to deal with nasal congestion after reading the following tips. Here are tips to deal with a clogged nose baby:

1. Sniff:
a. Use vacuum snot (nasal aspirators) specifically for babies like pipette or similar shape a soft plastic tube with a rubber suction tip that is sold in pharmacies.

b. Clean the part that you want to insert to your baby’s nose. Desterilize the way (by means of a sterile bottle) or rubbing alcohol cotton 70%.
