According to researchers, chili contains kapkaisin which can increase insulin levels in the body so the body’s ability to burn fat will be increased by 32 percent.
Onion
This is good news for those the onion fans. Information from the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition says onions contain phytochemicals to shed a lot of fatty deposits in the body. Onions are also powerful to kill virus and exterminate the fungus. Other spices that contain phytochemicals are garlic.
Cinnamon
Use cinnamon as a substitute for sugar, it would make our body weight down 2-3 pounds in a year without any effort. It is all because cinnamon contains no calories. Just compare it to sugar; one teaspoon of sugar contains 16 calories while cinnamon is zero calories. Another benefit from the use of cinnamon, it makes our liver healthier.
