Of all the many popular fad diets, one of the most popular of these diets that are being hyped everywhere is called the Cabbage Soup Diet.
This new fad diet is very odd indeed and requires bizarre food combinations that make little sense, plus this plan is just not very healthy to begin with and is hazardous to your long term health and fitness.
The Cabbage Soup diet makes the claim that by allowing people to eat as much Cabbage Soup as they want each day, everybody will stick to the diet and therefore everybody will lose weight fast. This sure does sound appealing to dieters, because after all, dieters just love to hear that they can eat unlimited amounts of any type of food.
The main problem with the Cabbage Soup Diet is that this cabbage soup is so horrible tasting and contains so few calories that it really doesn’t satisfy people no matter how much of this soup that they eat.
In fact, most people find the taste of this Cabbage Soup so terrible that it makes them sick after only a few days on this program. The Cabbage Soup Diet is an endurance test to see how long that you can starve yourself while trying to fool your body into believing that it is not starving by slamming down oodles and oodles of this bland tasting Cabbage Soup each day.
Finally, we must say that the Cabbage Soup Diet is basically nothing more than a type of semi starvation weight loss plan that will make you weak and miserable within just days after starting it.
We therefore strongly do not recommend that anybody use the Cabbage Soup Diet since it is really a form of semi starvation weight loss program that will leave you feeling miserable and hungry, not to mention weak.
